Please note that this class is NOT a CPR certification class and there will be no CPR certifications issued (click here for our in-person group certification classes). This mini-class also should not replace an in-person CPR class — think of this mini course as an added informative refresher of CPR & Choking relief skills mainly geared towards pediatric victims, but adult CPR & Choking is also covered.
This mini-refresher is great for expecting parents, new parents, seasoned parents, grandparents, and really anyone can benefit from getting a refresher on these life-saving skills. Studies show that you start to forget your CPR skills within 3 months of taking your in-person CPR class – This class help you sharpen your skills!

- How to assess and determine if a victim is in need of CPR or Choking Relief
- How to perform child, infant, & adult CPR (with demonstration on manikins)
- How to help a child, infant & adult in a choking emergency (with demonstration on manikins)
- Live Q&A – Yuliya will answer any of your questions related to CPR/Choking
